200gr – Burrata or Fresh Mozzarella
1 – Butternut Squash
½ C – Extra virgin olive oil
2 Whole – Radicchio/Red Chicory/Endive
1 – White Onion
½ C – Lime juice
4 Tbsp – Pumpkin Seeds
2 – Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp – Honey
1 Whole – Orange
2 Whole – Bay Leaves
2 tsp – Garlic Powder
To Taste – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cups – Vegetable Broth Or Chicken Broth
1 tsp – Chili Powder
To Taste – Balsamic Vinegar
¾ Cup – Milk
1 tsp – Ground Cumin
To taste – Kosher/Maldon Salt
½ tsp – Nutmeg
1 tsp – Smoked Paprika
To Taste – Black Pepper
¼ Cup – Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 tsp – Cayenne Pepper
1 Cup – Orange Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 tsp – Kosher Salt
1 Lb – Cavatappi/Macaroni/ Conchiglie/Penne
1 Cup – Smoked Cheddar Cheese, Grated (optional)
¼ Cup – Fresh Sage, Chopped (optional)
